Beware! There is a new scam going on targeting Chinese communities around the world. Mandarin speaking telemarketers tell victims they have won a cash prize. But first, they have to wire money to cover "insurance and processing fees."CISC is working with some of the local victims through its Crime Victims Program. If you or someone you know has been a victim of crime, please report it immediately. And remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
